Scottish Bakers Conference 2026
IREKS attended the Scottish Bakers Conference 2026 on 16 May, represented by Joseph O'Connor and Paul Nicholson. The event brought together bakers from across Scotland and featured more than 20 exhibitors showcasing a wide range of products and services. The conference provided an excellent opportunity to connect with both existing and potential customers and to present our products.

A key highlight of the day was the installation of Gary Reid from Reid’s of Caithness as the new Scottish Bakers President. The event concluded with a black tie dinner attended by more than 400 guests. During the evening, Harry Gow Bakery was announced as Scottish Baker of the Year, securing the title for the third time. We would like to thank all customers and industry partners who took the time to visit us during the conference.
