Whether you want to enhance and vary your bread or want to try some Mediterranean classics – even a small amount of CRAFT MASTER DURUM will have a big impact. Looking for trendy baked goods with ten different sprouted seeds and a very special bite? Our TEN SPROUTS not only ensures this, but also provides a pleasant, aromatic flavour thanks to dried wheat sourdough from our own production. The ingredients of our new product are vegan and meet our clean label definition.

Trend raw material oats – four variations in one product: With pregelatinized wholemeal oat flour, oat flakes, wholemeal oat sourdough and oat malt flour, IREKS SOFT OAT is fully geared towards the growing popularity of oat baked goods. The result? Products with a tender character and a gentle sweetness. From classic bread and morning goods to toasties and “Hafersplitter” (Danish-style oat pastries), this clean label product brings variety to every bakery counter.

Mild, nutty flavour and incredibly moist: UNSER BUCHWEIZENVOLLKORN combines wholemeal spelt flour, wholemeal buckwheat flour, coarse wholemeal buckwheat, wholemeal buckwheat sourdough and roasted wholemeal buckwheat flour for baked goods that stand up to the often outdated image of wholemeal bread. In addition to the characteristic colour and special taste of buckwheat, bread made from this product offers unique enjoyment for several days thanks to its long freshkeeping.

Delight - grain by grain and without any substitutes: this is what the plant-based way into the future looks like! We deliberately set ourselves apart from meat imitation by focussing on independent textures.

With our VEGRAIN product range, we offer grain-based raw material compositions for the bakery and the kitchen that are packed with a lot of IREKS expertise. Whether vegan, vegetarian or conventional, the vegan base can be customised to suit the different dietary preferences of consumers. The flexible application as a baked goods filling or spread, for patties, sauces or curries creates freedom in the creation of snacks and lunch dishes – depending on the individual orientation and desired flavour.
